WHY DO I NEED TO BUILD/UPGRADE MY DRIVEWAY
Having a driveway is important for a number of reasons. Not only does it make it easier to get in and out of your home without damage to your vehicle or tires, but a driveway can also increase the value of your property by as much as 20%.
In addition, a well-maintained driveway can last for many years with little to no maintenance required.
LOAN INFORMATION

Rate/Term: Interest Rate will be the prime rate with terms of up to 5 years. Prime rate is currently 7.2%

Repayment: Applicants may take up to five years to repay the loan. There are no penalties for extra payments, pre-payments or paying off the loan early.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet acceptable lending criteria, ( drivers lisence and 2 recent pay stubs are required )

Amount: Qualifying applicants may borrow up to $30,000. This total can be exceeded at the discretion of the General Manager

Receipt: We require an invoice and/or quote with cheques being made payable to the vendor.

Insurance: Life, Disability and Critical Illness Insurance are available on all loans for those applicants who qualify.
LOAN EXAMPLES
Open loan can be paid off at anytime without penalty.
Payments can be made weekly, biweekly, semi monthly or monthly.
Creditor protection is available to those who qualify (life, disability and critical illness)
